You need two round cake pans. And you need some sort of pan that you can use for the top of the skirt.

Just your average chocolate cupcakes with white icing and sprinkles. . . topped with the most adorable Bl ossom Fairy Toppers from you make do.

Colored Popcorn:

Details make events really special, so I was excited to kick our snack fun up a notch by creating sweet pink popcorn for the party.
